My Journey: how I got here
My path has been one of continuous evolution, from my beginnings in medicine to my current endeavors in informatics and spiritual guidance. As a physician, I was drawn to the fields of women's health, HIV/AIDS, and hospice care, driven by a deep-seated desire to alleviate suffering and offer compassion in moments of profound vulnerability. This foundational experience in healthcare was transformative, teaching me the importance of empathy and connection.
The late '90s marked a pivotal shift in my career as I ventured into the realm of healthcare informatics. This transition was more than a professional change; it was an expansion of my mission to heal. Over the past 25 years, informatics has enabled me to blend my medical expertise with technology, opening new avenues for patient care and personal growth.

My spiritual quest
My spiritual quest expanded through the study of Buddhism, Hinduism, and a myriad of other spiritual traditions, enriching my practice with a tapestry of global wisdom. My dedication to spiritual growth has been steadfast, as shown by my long-term study of different sutras and being a student of the Course of Miracles since 1991.
Ordained as an interfaith minister and serving as a certified end-of-life doula, my ministry extends beyond conventional healing, encompassing the sacred journey from life through death. Guiding others through meditation, life coaching, and self-hypnosis techniques, I share the tools that have illuminated my path.
Mindful Self-Care Hub embodies my life-long dream to share these learnings. It's more than a resource; it's a living, breathing space of collective wisdom for self-care, meditation, and prayer, offering guidance to those crafting their own paths.
